  1. BMI Intelligence International Limited (stock code 8158), a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

      To satisfy the listing rules, on 30 September 2008, we have acted as their Reporting Accountants to report to the public shareholders for a Very Substantial Acquisition at a total consideration of HK$190 million.


  2. We have clients that are the leading independent derivatives trading company with trading operations on more than 15 Stock Exchange market worldwide. The client is a major liquidity provider on several European derivatives markets. We are acting as their auditors in Hong Kong to report to the shareholders as well as to the Securities and Futures Commissions in Hong Kong, the regulatory body for securities dealings and related matters in Hong Kong.

  3. M Dream Inworld Limited (stock code 8388), a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

      To satisfy the listing rules, we have acted as their Reporting Accountants to prepare a Cashflow Statement for them. This has eventually led to their successful application to resume trading of the company’s shares in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

  5. The trading of ladies handbag and accessories with Japan, Singapore, China and France;

  6. The printing of computerized printing products;

  7. Properties developer in Hong Kong;

  8. Properties holding companies;

  9. Professional firms including, but not limited to, Medical Doctors, Barristers, Solicitors, Dentist, Physiotherapists.

  10. The trading of PVC products with the manufacturing arm located in China.

Most of our clients have recorded revenue of between HK$1 million and HK$50 million. However, we also have a few clients which have an annual turnover of over HK$100 million.
